Transcriptome profiling of THSG treatment in a dexamethasone-induced muscle atrophy model using C2C12 myotubes


ABSTRACT: This study investigates the effects of 2,3,5,4′-Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside (THSG) on gene expression changes in C2C12 myotubes under dexamethasone-induced muscle atrophy conditions. Using RNA-seq, we identified transcriptomic alterations associated with THSG treatment, aiming to elucidate its potential protective role against muscle atrophy.
