ABSTRACT: Transcriptome profiling analysis of the Hansenula polymorpha MET4 gene deletion strain have been carried out to obtain comprehensive information on the HpMet4p-mediated regulatory networks in association with the cadmium (Cd) detoxification and sulfur regulation in H. polymorpha.
