Disrupting SUMOylation potentiates transactivation function and ameliorates polyglutamine AR-mediated disease


ABSTRACT: Our findings demonstrate beneficial effects of enhancing transactivation function of the ligand-activated polyQ AR and indicate that the SUMOylation pathway may provide new targets for therapeutic intervention.
