Transcriptome analysis of paralysed CD8 dendritic cells after systemic inflammatory syndrome
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: CD8 dendritic cells were harvested from the spleens of treated and untreated mice. Treated mice were innoculated intravenously with 40nmol of CpG1680 to induce systematic inflammation five days before harvesting cells. Cells from the treated mice show high CD103 expression. Cells from the untreated mice were FACS sorted based on CD103 expression into CD103 positive (low) and CD103 negative populations. RNA was extracted and profiled by RNA-seq. Two or three independent experiments were performed for each population, with 8 mice per group.
