PBMC expression signatures of controlled and uncontrolled hypertensives
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: There is high variability in responses to drug therapy for hypertension. Gene expression may help enlighten molecular mechanisms of genome control underlying pathophysiology. This study identifies and characterizes, in replicate samples, a gene expression signature that classifies individuals into controlled and uncontrolled hypertensives.
