Real-time quantitative PCR analysis of expression profiles of dual-specificity phosphatase family members in mouse tissues
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Mouse tissues (including heart, skeletal muscle, brain, lung, stomach, small instestine, colon, liver, kidney, testis, uterus, bone marrow, thymus, lymph node, spleen and embryo) were isolated from three C57BL/6 mice (eight-week-old, uterus from female and other tissues from male). We used Applied Biosystems 7500/7500 Fast Real-Time PCR Systems to quantitate expression levels of DUSP family members in the indicated mouse tissues.
