Expression data from human T24 cells transfected with siNC or siNF90
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: NF90 is a double-stranded RNA binding protein that takes part in microRNA biogenesis, as a competitor for the association of the microprocessor complex with pri-miRNAs, leading to a decrease in miRNA production. We want to know which miRNAs changed in human bladder cancer cell T24 when we downregulated NF90. We used microarrays to detail the mature miRNA expression and identified distinct classes of 2-fold changed miRNAs during this process.
