Transcriptional profiling of mouse embryonic tissues with Firre deletion
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Firre is a long non-coding RNA expressed dynamically in a variety of tissues throughout mouse development. While it is known to play a role in chromatin organization, its physiological relevance remains unclear. In order to better understand the role of Firre in vivo, we generated Firre knockout mice and performed RNA sequencing and differential expression analysis on eight tissues from both males and females at E11.5.
