ABSTRACT: Transcriptional profiling of mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) induced by Dmrt1, Gata4, Nr5a1 transduction, named induced Leydig-like cells (iLCs), comparing control untreated MEFs and mouse adult Leydig cells.
