ABSTRACT: Using high-throughput deep sequencing, both coding and long non-coding RNA expression was profiled across six dietary intervention groups, including low fat (LF) or high fat (HF) with or without calorie restriction (LF+CR, HF+CR) or exercise (LF+Ex, HF+Ex).
