Global mapping of binding sites of Nrf2 in SAS and SAS sphere cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Cancer-initiating cells (CICs), a small subset of cancer cells, exploit the characteristics of self-renewal and differentiation to drive tumor growth. Previously, we enriched and identified head and neck CICs (HN-CICs) through sphere culture. Nrf2 played an important role in maintaining the characteristics of CICs; however, the identities of the Nrf2-regulated genes in CICs remain elusive. Therefore, we performed ChIP-Seq analyses of parental and sphere cells using an antibody against Nrf2.
