ABSTRACT: 164 yeast loss-of-function mutant strains were exposed to the drug rapamycin for 0, 5, 30, 60 and 90 minutes. Intracellular metabolite extracts were prepared at each time point, and those extracts were measured by flow-injection analysis time-of-flight mass spectrometry.
