The proteomics analysis of ETV2-overexpressing dental pulp stem cells


ABSTRACT: DPSCs derivedgenerated from the three different donors were transfectedinfected with ETV2-overexpressing lentiviralrus particles or control lentiviralus particles. Protein samples were harvested after 10 days of endothelial differentiation. Proteome profiling was performed by the iProteome platform of the Fudan University Human Phenome Institute according to user guide.
