Proteomic analysis of developing grains in the wheat under drought stress


ABSTRACT: In this study, we performed the first dynamic proteome analysis of developing grains in the wheat-Thinopyrum intermedium 7XL/7DS translocation line under drought stress using a two-dimensional difference gel electrophoresis (2D-DIGE) based proteomic approach.
