Proteomic analysis reveal pharmacological mechanism of Xueshuantong injection on preventing early acute myocardial infarction injury


ABSTRACT: This study was designed to investigate the efficacy and mechanism of XST in alleviating hyperacute myocardial infarction injury in rats. In addition, differential proteomics was used to explore the target protein of XST, and combined with bioinformatics analysis, the possible biological basis of its therapeutic effect was discussed.
