VAMP2 chaperones α-synuclein in a synaptic vesicle liquid phase

ABSTRACT: Cross-linked samples were digested with trypsin, and analyzed by online nanoflow liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC−MS/MS). Briefly, nanoLC−MS/MS-experiments were performed on an EASY-nLC 1000 system (Thermo Scientific) connected to an Orbitrap Q Exactive HF (Thermo Scientific) through a nanoelectrospray ion source.
