Use of proteomic analyses to reveal the molecular networks underlying the seed germination of Polygonatum cyrtonema
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Three different stages of the Polygonatum cyrtonema seeds (S1: the fresh harvested seed, S2: the emergence of the radicle, S3: the phase between primary rhizome and cotyledon emergence ) were used to study the mechanism of hormones crosstalk and metabolic process regulating germination. For this purpose, proteomics was applied.
