ABSTRACT: In Drosophila, insufficient biosynthesis of phosphatidylserine induced significant mitochondrial defects.Proteomic analysis of samples from drosophila salivary glands, we compared three genotypes, ppl-gal4 drived RNAi against w, pss and pss plus bbc.
