Proteome analysis by simple and stable nanoESI spray system


ABSTRACT: We developed InSpIon system capable of stable nanoESI spray. Here, K562 cell digests were measured by DDA-MS and DIA-MS with the typical open nanoESI spray system (Open system) and the spray system inserted spray tip head into ion transfer tube (Insertion-ITT system), and the InSpIon system.

Improving the reproducibility of proteome analysis systems presents a challenge; therefore, in this study, we developed a new insertion spray ionization (InSpIon) system wherein an InSpIon tube was designed with a spray tip inserted into the tube.
