Project description:190 proteins were identified from three samples. Among them41 proteins were detected in sample Layer 1 and/or Layer 2 but not in sample Layer 3, and one protein (SPCS2) was detected all three samples but its relative abundance is higher in Layer 1 than that in Layer 3. These 42 proteins can be considered as the most possible candidates proteins which are specifically present in the secretory granules prepared in this experiment.
Project description:Autoimmune regulator (AIRE) is a transcriptional regulator. We here assess the role for AIRE in primary human neutrophils. We found that the functional role for AIRE in neutrophils is to regulate the extrinsic apoptotic pathway involving the Fas/TNFR death receptors and Cathepsin G and the expression of unique immune mediators.
Project description:Functionally distinct CD4+ helper T (Th) cell subsets, such as Th1, Th2, Th17, and regulatory T cells (Treg), play a pivotal role in the host-defense against pathogen invasion and the pathogenesis of inflammatory disorders. In this project, DIA-MS-based proteome analysis was performed on naïve CD4+ T, Th0, Th1, Th2, Th17 and iTreg cells using Q Exactive HF-X (Thermo Fisher Scientific) to search for proteins that differ among the cell subsets.
