ABSTRACT: D5_1 and D5_2 are 8 plex iTRAQ analyses of depleted serum samples. The files are ProteinPilot group files of collected SCX fractions that were analyzed with an Orbitrap Velos- Proxeon capillary LC combination. HCD fragmentation was used.

We determined longitudinal serum proteomics profiles from children with HLA-conferred diabetes susceptibility to identify changes that could be detected before seroconversion and positivity for disease-associated autoantibodies.
