ABSTRACT: Murine cartilage was dissected from the distal humerus, physically disrupted in 4M GuHCl, then protein was extracted and digested into peptides. Mass spectra were obtained by LC-MS/MS and analyzed in silico using MaxQuant to compare relative protein abundance as a function of development and perlecan knockdown.
