Single-cell proteomics can provide critical biological insight into the cellular heterogeneity that is masked by bulk-scale analysis. We have developed a nanoPOTS (nanodroplet processing in one pot for trace samples) platform and demonstrated its broad applicability for single-cell proteomics.
