A BLOOD BANK STANDARDIZED PRODUCTION OF HUMAN PLATELET LYSATE FOR MESENCHYMAL STROMAL CELLS EXPANSION: PROTEOMIC CHARACTERIZATION AND BIOLOGICAL EFFECTS
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Proteomic profiles of all the batches of hPL both at one and four freeze/thaw cycles (hPL1 and hPL4 respectively) and the related CPP (Cryoprecipitate poor plasma), belonging to three different group of donors (Groups A, B, C; n=18 for each group) were evaluated by nano LC-ESI MS/MS. Three technical replicates for each samples (n=9 x3) were run in order to minimize the variability due to the injection into LC-MS.
