Project description:To find out the binding partners of EhRacJ, crosslinking and coimmunoprecipitation were performed. Then, eluted samples were submitted to Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics Core Facility, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and analyzed by mass spctrometry (shotgun proteomics).
