ABSTRACT: Brain tissue was homogenized in 0.5% ALS-1 and protein extractions were reduced (10 mM DTT, 80C, 15 min) and alkylated (20 mM IAM, wt, 30 min) followed by digestion with 1:50 trypsin overnight at 37 degC. An SPQC pool was made by mixing an equal amount of digests. 0.75 ugs was analyzed by 1D-LC-MS/MS using a top 12 DDA method .
