Investigating ischemia and reperfusion-induced organ damage in severe cardiac arrest: A comprehensive proteomics perspective
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Cardiac arrest (CA) is a life-threatening condition with complex pathophysiology and limited treatment options. To gain deeper insights into the pathological state of vital organs, we utilize cutting-edge proteomics analysis in rodents to evaluate the proteome dynamics of the brain, heart, kidney, and liver at the organ, organelle, and molecular levels following CA and resuscitation.
INSTRUMENT(S): Orbitrap Fusion Lumos
