Metabolomics analysis on engineered cellular and cell-free samples for muconic acid production
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This data set contains mass spectrometry reads for 48 cell-free samples and 72 cellular samples from two different organisms (Saccharomyces cerevisiae and E. coli), with or without heterologous muconic acid pathway, with or without metabolic rewiring to enhance the muconic acid production, as well as associated internal and external controls. This metabolomics data set was collected for an attempt to decipher the differences and associations between in vitro and in vivo systems for metabolic engineering.
