ABSTRACT: Immunoprecipitated androgen receptor from vehicle and dihydrotestosterone treated VCaP cells was run on SDS-PAGE and bands corresponding to unmodified AR ~110kD ("DN") and an area above ~125 kD (UP) were excised. Gel fragments were treated with trypsin and eluted proteins were analyzed by microcapillary reversed-phase (C18) liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
