Distinct proteomic brain states underlying long-term memory formation in aversive operant conditioning

ABSTRACT: This dataset contains 48 raw files corresponding to repeat runs of 12 peptide digests of whole Lymnaea stagnalis CNS from LTM (denoted as "L"), no LTM (denoted as "NL"), and yoke control (denoted as "Y") animals collected 24 hours following aversive operant conditioning (n=4 animals per group). Database files contain the predicted Lymnaea stagnalis proteome used for searches as well as the reference mouse proteome used for annotation of Lymnaea stagnalis sequences.
