RNA-seq of Aphid Species: Myzus persicae, Myzus cerasi (taxid:93721) and Rhopalosiphum padi (taxid:40931) isolate:Myzus persicae genotypes O, J and F. Myzus cerasi, Rhopalosiphum padi | breed:Aphids | cultivar:Aphids were maintained in growth rooms at 18°C with a 16 hour light and 8 hour dark period. M. persicae (genotype O, F and J) was maintained on potato (Solanum tuberosum cv. Desiree), M. cerasi was maintained on American Land Cress (Barbarea verna) and R. padi was maintained on barley (Hordeum vulgare cv. Optic).
