Project description:The goal of this study is to decipher the effect of the tomato lc and fas mutation on gene expression during floral development in tomato. The 3'Tag RNA libraries were sequenced on a Illumina HiSeq2500 at Genomic Resources Core Facility at Weill Cornell Medical College for 100 bp single–end sequencing. Total raw reads for each sample ranged between 5 to 10 million per sample.
