Project description:In the present project we wished to see proteomic changes in salt sensitive (P3B)and salt tolerant (P3B)kenaf cultivars by using iTRAQ technology .The three weeks old kenaf seedlings of both the cultivars were exposed to 0 mM NaCl solutiom for control samples and 250 mM NaCl solution for salt stress treatment and incubation period was set for four days and then leaves were sampled after four days of treatment from controls and salt stressed kenaf seedlings for proteomic analysis by using iTRAQ technology.
