Project description:Rice (IR64) was grown in a field plot at the International Rice Research Institute in the Phillipines. This data shows transcriptional changes happening throughout the day in leaf tissue and how warm nighttime temperature may influence those transcriptional changes.
Project description:A IR64 variety of rice was grown in a field plot at the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) in the Philippines. The data ganied from the expremint provides infromation of the daily trnascriptional changes occur in panicle tissue during an important developmental period.
Project description:A IR64 variety of rice was grown in a field plot at the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) in the Philippines. The data gained from the experiment provides information of the daily transcriptional changes occur in panicle tissue during an important developmental period under control and warm night temperatures.
Project description:A continuous gene expression profiling of leaves at regular interval was performed to understand the changes of transcriptional program and physiological state of the rice plant under two different field conditions.
Project description:Macronutrients are pivotal elements for proper plant growth and development. We performed microarray analysis of rice leaves under nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) deficiency conditions in paddy field to obtain a global view of gene regulations associated with plant response to essential nutrients.
Project description:A continuous gene expression profiling of leaves was performed at regular interval during the sunset period to understand the changes of transcriptional program in the rice plant grown under natural field conditions in response to solar radiation.
Project description:A continuous gene expression profiling of leaves was performed at regular interval during the sunrise period to understand the changes of transcriptional program in the rice plant grown under natural field conditions in response to solar radiation.
Project description:A continuous gene expression profiling of leaves was performed during nighttime at regular interval from transplanting until harvesting to understand the changes of transcriptional program and physiological state throughout entire growth of the rice plant under natural field conditions. The uppermost fully-expanded leaf in the main stem corresponding to the 1st leaf until 83 days after transplanting (DAT) and the flag leaf from them on were sampled in two replicates at 12:00 midnight at 7- day intervals encompassing 17 different growth stages. All samples were obtained from rice plants grown in the field during the 2008 cultivation season.
