Proteomic analysis of gynecologic cancer tissue


ABSTRACT: Using iTRAQ technology, we performed shotgun proteomics of gynecological cancer tissues, which tumor cells were captured by laser microdissection to identify biomarker candidate proteins, for gynecological cancer.
