Prostaglandin E<sub>2</sub> (PGE<sub>2</sub>) promotes an immunosuppressive microenvironment in cancer, partly by signaling through four receptors (EP<sub>1</sub>, EP<sub>2</sub>, EP<sub>3</sub>, and EP<sub>4</sub>) on T cells.
