ABSTRACT: Chemotherapies have been shown to enhance anti-tumor immunity, but whether chemotherapies affect tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) is still unclear. We found TAMs is different before and after chemotherapy by comparing proteomic profiles of TAMs before and after chemotherapy.
