Monosaccharide and disaccharide


ABSTRACT: Proteins from Hela cells were captured by monosaccharide and disaccharide probes. Resulting proteins were went through proteomics. Unique proteins from disaccharide samples were selected for further research.

Glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchorage of cell surface proteins to the membrane is biologically important and ubiquitous in eukaryotes.
