Proteomics-based identification of potential therapeutic targets of artesunate in a lupus nephritis MRL/lpr mouse model


ABSTRACT: A total of 6527.0 proteins were identified in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat sen University, of which 5732.0 proteins contained quantitative information. If we take 1.5 times as the differential expression change threshold and t-test p-value < 0.05 as the significance threshold, we found that 440 proteins were up-regulated and 339 proteins were down regulated in the MRL vs normal comparison group. Based on the above data, we performed systematic bioinformatics analysis (protein function annotation) on all identified proteins, and performed functional classification, functional enrichment and cluster analysis based on functional enrichment on all differentially expressed proteins. Based on the above information, it provides a reference direction for downstream proteome based in-depth research.

This study aimed to identify potential therapeutic targets of artesunate in an MRL/lpr lupus nephritis mouse model by quantitative proteomics.
