Potential effect of L1TD1 on proteomics in HAP1 cells

ABSTRACT: L1TD1 is a domesticated transposon protein which a RNA-binding capacity. In this project, we aim to investigate the mechanisms through which L1TD1 acts on its RNA targets. First, we first aim to identify the de novo RNA targets of L1TD1 and then is to analyze how proteomics and transcriptomics change upon L1TD1 ablation in human cancer cells.
