Investigation of CDK substrate thermal stability in Jurkat T cells


ABSTRACT: In order to determine how phosphorylation of CDK substrates affects their thermal stability, we treated Jurkat T cells with DMSO, Nocodazole, or Nocodazole + CDK inhibitors (Dinaciclib and Palbociclib).
