Proteomics of motor enriched fraction (ATP releasate) from Dictyostelium discoideum
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Intracellular transport is regulated by the presence of motor proteins and its adapters on cargoes. Here, we are investigating the role of specific lipid on cargo in recruitment of these motor proteins and adapters. The proteomics were conducted to catalog for the possible adaptors, regulators, and microtubule-associated proteins (MAPs) present in our motor-enriched fractions (referred to as ATP-releasate).
