Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: In this study, we used stringent criteria to identify prominent proteins and metabolites for downstream analyses. For scale proteins, we reported a prominent protein if a protein presented in at least five out of six experimental sets with sequence identify of at least 96%. For skin surface proteins, we defined a prominent protein as a protein that presented in at least two out of three experimental sets with sequence identify of at least 96%.
