ABSTRACT: Our aim is the explore whether the changes in MHC I expression observed after the inhibition of autophagy in hypoxic conditions resulted in the generation of antigens. HT29 cells were treated either in normoxia alone, normoxia and Baf A1,hypoxia alone or hypoxia and BafA1 for 24 hours. Immunopeptidomics experiment was then caried out.
