ABSTRACT: Development a novel system employing TurboID-fusion proteins within an integrative and inducible expression vector to investigate the interactome during stem cell differentiation. Cells expressing U2AF2 (iU2) or GFP (iGFP) fused with TurboID in undifferentiated (D0) or mesoderm differentiated (D1) were analyzed to identified the interactome and detect changes under differentiation process.
