Project description:To identify differentially expressed genes and key biological pathways that define toxicity following nanomaterial exposure, we performed microarray analyses on NR8383 macrophages exposed for 4 h to 4 µg/mL and 16 µg/mL of ZnO. This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement N°. 686098
Project description:WT GMPs (Lin- IL7R- Sca1- ckit+ FcgRhiCD34+) and inv(16)/KITD816Y GMPs (Lin- Sca1- ckit+ CD41- FcgR+ CD150-) were FACS sorted as described in material and methods from supplementary data (Estruch M et al 2020)
Project description:inv(16)/Tet2-/- GMPs (Lin- Sca1- ckit+ CD41- FcgR+ CD150-) were FACS sorted as described in Supplementary Information (Reckzeh, K et al 2020) TET2 deficiency cooperates with CBFB-MYH11 to induce acute myeloid leukemia and represents an early leukemogenic event. Reckzeh, K et al.

Project description:Sequence data represent a profile of AR network targets in proliferating and non-proliferating P17 cells without cross linking AR to DNA prior to purification. P17 cells were derived from the mouse epididymal cell line PC1 by genetic modification to express a tagged wild type mouse AR cDNA (N-TAP-mAR). N-TAP-mAR allows purification of multi-protein complexes and their genomic targets with FLAG antibody coupled magnetic beads under native conditions.
