Project description:We first derived human musculoskeletal stem cells from human embryonic stem cells. mRNA profiles of human embryonic stem cells, human mesenchymal stem cells and human musculoskeletal stem cells were generated by QuantSeq 3’ mRNA-sequencing, in triplicate, using NextSeq 500.
