Project description:T2 transgenic (MT2-4) and WT plants were grown for 20 days, subjected to STS (10 mM ZnSO4 for 24 h in hydroponic condition) and LTS (20 mM ZnSO4 for 30 days in pot containing garden soil) were used for microarray analysis along with corresponding control plants for analyzing the differential transcript expression of host genes.
