Project description:Project HERO is a 12-week study of the efficacy of Body Mind Training (BMT) for reducing fatigue in male cancer survivors. This 3-arm randomized clinical trial will examine inflammatory biology and selected gene-expression pathways that are hypothesized to contribute to the intervention’s effect.
Project description:Real world study was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Fuzheng anti-tumor therapy on colorectal cancer patients in stage II and III after surgery and standard chemotherapy, and the prediction model of dominant population of Fuzheng anti-tumor therapy was constructed by using real-world data and gene expression profile data.
Project description:Studying the genetic basis of gene expression and chromatin organization is key to characterize the effect of genetic variability on the function and structure of the human genome. Here, we unravel how genetic variation perturbs gene regulation using a dataset combining activity of regulatory elements, gene expression and genetic variants across 317 individuals and two cell types.
Project description:Interventions: Nucleic acid from tumor tissues and serum SNPs
Primary outcome(s): 1. Tissue biomarkers including mutation, gene expression, and DNA methylation that correlate with efficacy from trifluridine/tipiracil hydrochloride therapy 2. Serum biomarkers including mutation, gene expression, and DNA methylation that correlate with efficacy from trifluridine/tipiracil hydrochloride therapy 3. SNPs that correlate with toxicities from trifluridine/tipiracil hydrochloride therapy
Study Design: Single arm Non-randomized
