Project description:ARABIDOPSIS SKP1-LIKE1 (ASK1) protein is involved in regulating flower development. We have compared ask1 mutant floral transcriptome with wild-type Ler to identify the role of ASK1-containing E3 ubiquitin ligases in regulating flower transcriptome. In this dataset, we include the expression data obtained from Arabidopsis thaliana Ler and ask1 mutant flower buds. We identified 42 genes and 74 genes that are down-regulated and up-regulated, respectively.
Project description:Transcriptional responses to CYP78A9 activity in Arabidopsis thaliana. Microarray experiment comparing es1-D (Arabidopsis activation tagging mutant that overexpress a P450 named CYP78A9) and wild type (Ws-3)closed floral buds from young primary inflorescences.
Project description:Transcriptional profiling of Arabidopsis wild-type (Col0) control flower buds or seedlings with corresponding mutant flower buds or seedlings is performed using Aligent's Whole Arabidopsis Gene Expression Microarray (G2519F, V4, 4x44K).
Project description:We used microarray analysis to examine transcriptomic changes in cdm1 mutant, identifying genes potentially regulated by CDM1 by comparing gene expression between cdm1 and wild type young floral buds. Among 375 genes that showed differential expression (P-value <0.05) with >1.5-fold changes between wild type and cdm1, 185 genes were down-regulated by 1.5 to 7.10-folds, whereas 190 genes were up-regulated by 1.5 to 5.82-folds. Wild type and cdm1 young floral buds were used to isolate total RNA, with two biological replicates for each. Microarray analysis was performed using 500ng of total RNA per sample as described in the Genechip Expression Analysis Technical Manual.

In this dataset, we include the expression data obtained from Arabidopsis thaliana Ler and ask1 mutant flower buds. The average values were compared between ask1 and Ler.
Project description:The aim of this experiment is to identify the candidate genes responsive to cytokinin in Arabidopsis floral development. For this purpose, AtIPT4 gene under the control of the AP1 promoter was transformed into wild type plants of Arabidopsis. The transcriptional profiles of the young inflorescence of AP1::AtIPT4 transformants and wild-type plants are compared.
Project description:Transcriptional profiling of Arabidopsis buds comparing ahl16 mutants with wild type (Col-0 ecotype). Goal was to determine the differential expression genes between the buds of mutant and wild type.
